LEGION Simulator Help

Per-entity Data Described

The Per-entity Data feature is incorporated into the "Record Entity Positions" track, which has been a part of LEGION Simulator for several years. Originally, this track saved Entity IDs and Positions to XML. Per-entity Data produces a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file of any entity attributes you wish to select, including Activity, Frustration, Width, or Speed. The Current Simulation Time, Position and Entity ID are always recorded, so do not form part of the selection set. To prevent excessive file sizes, you can configure the feature to record only certain timesteps (e.g., every third, or tenth, timestep) and the software also splits the output into several files to keep output manageable. For those interested in a certain location, an option to filter the recording by Analysis Zone is available. If multiple, separate areas are required, multiple "Record Entity Positions" tracks must be added to the Timeline.
